About the Program

Gain practical experience in managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.Learn to assist clients with onboarding, provide proactive support, and analyze feedback to enhance their overall experience.Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategy to drive customer loyalty and business growth.

You'll work directly with senior developers, participate in code reviews, and build portfolio-worthy projects that solve actual business problems.

What You'll Do

Assist in customer onboarding and support

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup and clear understanding of products or services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Engage with clients regularly to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions that enhance satisfaction.

Monitor customer feedback and engagement

Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and ensure continuous service enhancement.

Team Collaboration (Daily Scrum Meeting).

Use Git/GitHub for version control. Work in a simulated Agile team environment.

Daily Schedule

9:30 AM - Daily Standup

15-minute team sync to plan the day's work

10 AM - 12 PM - Project Development

Focused coding time with mentor support

2 PM - 3 PM - Mentor Session

Deep dive into technical concepts and code reviews
