About the Program

This practical internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is designed for aspiring HR professionals who want to build foundational skills in people management, communication, and organizational processes.

You'll work directly with senior developers, participate in code reviews, and build portfolio-worthy projects that solve actual business problems.

What You'll Do

Assist in recruitment and candidate screening..

Review resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers.

Support onboarding and documentation processes.

Prepare offer letters, collect necessary documents, and help new employees through onboarding formalities.

Maintain and update employee records.

Organize HR files, attendance data, and employee information in HRMS or spreadsheets.

Team Collaboration (Daily Scrum Meeting).

Use Git/GitHub for version control. Work in a simulated Agile team environment.

Daily Schedule

9:30 AM - Daily Standup

15-minute team sync to plan the day's work

10 AM - 12 PM - Project Development

Focused coding time with mentor support

2 PM - 3 PM - Mentor Session

Deep dive into technical concepts and code reviews
