1-6 months remote internship to build real Digital Marketing projects with mentorship
About the Program
This Internship focuses on understanding, managing, and improving an organization’s internal processes. Interns gain hands-on experience in operations planning, workflow optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth business execution and enhanced efficiency.
You'll work directly with senior developers, participate in code reviews, and build portfolio-worthy projects that solve actual business problems.
What You'll Do
Operations Planning & Coordination
Assist in daily operational planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth business processes.
Process Analysis & Improvement
Analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory & Supply Chain Support
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and assist in optimizing supply chain operations for timely delivery and reduced costs.
Team Collaboration (Daily Scrum Meeting).
Use Git/GitHub for version control. Work in a simulated Agile team environment.
Daily Schedule
9:30 AM - Daily Standup
15-minute team sync to plan the day's work
10 AM - 12 PM - Project Development
Focused coding time with mentor support
2 PM - 3 PM - Mentor Session
Deep dive into technical concepts and code reviews

Workflow Optimization Project

Analyze and optimize daily business workflows to improve efficiency, minimize process delays, and enhance cross-department coordination.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvement strategies
- Design optimized process flow (TO-BE model) and prepare SOP documentation
Performance Tracking System
